Comprehensive ERP, booking engine, and property management system for large hotel chains.
A hotel chain operating multiple properties needed a single system to replace a stack of disconnected tools — front-desk PMS, booking engine, finance, housekeeping, and reporting — without a steep retraining curve for staff. The goal was one operational layer that worked the same on a tablet at the front desk as it did on a back-office laptop.
We built a unified hospitality platform with three coordinated surfaces:

Property Management System
Reservations, room status, check-in/out flows, guest profiles, and housekeeping coordination — all driven by a PostgreSQL-backed real-time core.

Booking Engine
A direct-booking layer that sits in front of the PMS, supporting rate plans, seasonal pricing, and occupancy-aware availability without going through a third party.

ERP Layer
Finance, procurement, payroll, and reporting modules tied to the same data model, so revenue actuals and cost-of-sales reconcile against bookings without manual exports.

Cross-platform Frontends
A Flutter client for front-desk and housekeeping staff, plus web admin panels for finance and management — all hitting the same Node.js API.
