The Challenge
The client wanted one mobile app that covered every guest need in a simple, intuitive way. The job was to bring room booking, food and laundry ordering, and customer support into a single app without making it feel cluttered, while keeping the upscale feel of a luxury hotel. The app also needed an admin panel so staff could manage hotel operations, from room availability to guest services.
We built the app on Flutter for cross-platform deployment with Firebase powering real-time data sync. The design language was carefully crafted to reflect the hotel's premium brand identity while keeping interactions intuitive and accessible.
