The Challenge
The client required a comprehensive mobile app that would cater to their guests' every need in a streamlined and intuitive way. The challenge was to develop an app that could seamlessly integrate services like room booking, food and laundry ordering, and customer support, all while maintaining the upscale feel of a luxury hotel experience. Additionally, the app needed to offer an admin panel for easy management of hotel operations, from room availability to guest services.
We built the app on Flutter for cross-platform deployment with Firebase powering real-time data sync. The design language was carefully crafted to reflect the hotel's premium brand identity while keeping interactions intuitive and accessible.
