# Multi-site Oil Production System

Multi-site operations management, real-time logistics tracking, and secure asset reporting for energy firms.

## The Platform

Energy firms running multiple production sites face a coordination problem: dispatchers, field engineers, transport crews, and head-office reporting all live in different tools, and most of those tools were built for a single site. The brief was a single operations layer covering live logistics, asset status, and audit-ready reporting across every site at once.

## Our Approach

We built a multi-site operations platform engineered for scale and security — streaming logistics data into shared dashboards, consolidating asset reporting across sites, and hardening every read and write against enterprise audit requirements.

## Key Features

- **Real-time Tracking**: Vehicle and crew positions stream in continuously, with site-by-site dashboards showing live status against planned schedules.
- **Asset Reporting**: Production figures, equipment status, and incident logs roll up from each site into a consolidated reporting layer with role-based visibility.
- **Hardened Auth & Audit**: Every read and write is attributable, with enterprise-grade access control and an immutable audit trail suitable for regulatory review.
- **Field-ready Mobile**: A Flutter client designed for offline-tolerant field use — engineers and drivers can record activity even when network coverage drops, with state syncing back when they reconnect.

> Every site, every shift, one operations layer.
