# Dila Menu

Contactless digital ordering system for restaurants and cafés — QR-driven menu browsing, order placement, and table service workflows.

## The Platform

Restaurants and cafés wanted to retire paper menus without forcing customers to install yet another app. Dila Menu is the layer between the QR code on the table and the kitchen — guests scan, browse, order, and pay, while staff get a live table-by-table queue without changing how the floor runs.

## Our Approach

We built Dila Menu as an install-free, table-aware ordering system — a QR scan opens the menu in the phone's browser, every order carries the table identifier through to the kitchen, and operators manage live menus and order queues through a Firebase-backed dashboard.

## Key Features

- **QR-to-Web Flow**: A scan opens the menu instantly in the phone's browser — no app install, no signup friction, no per-table reconfiguration.
- **Live Menu Management**: Restaurant owners edit items, prices, and availability through a CMS-style backend, with changes reflected on every active table immediately.
- **Table-aware Orders**: Each scan carries the table identifier, so the kitchen knows exactly where every order is going without staff having to reconcile tickets manually.
- **Operator Dashboard**: Live order queue, status updates, and historical analytics — built on Firebase so kitchen staff get push-fresh data without polling.

> Scan the table, skip the queue.
